Prepare your students for a successful future.
YELL works with educators to deliver experiential programs that help students develop the skills and attitudes they need for life after high school.
Real world experiences.
Through engaging teachers and our community of inspiring entrepreneurs and community business leaders, our students will learn dynamic content that they wouldn’t normally get in a traditional class. They’ll develop practical skills that will help them navigate their path after high school.
Beyond the classroom walls.
YELL encourages students to explore the world beyond the classroom! Each class will experience group projects with students from diverse backgrounds, hear from business leaders and attend inspiring events. We also encourage them to investigate global challenges through the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Let us do the heavy lifting!
We’ll provide you with peer-support, course curriculum, lesson plans, slide decks and workbooks. We’ll also support you by scheduling all the speakers and mentors and coordinating events so that you can focus on your students.
While traditional subjects such as English, Math and Science are still vital, in order to navigate today’s world, youth need to develop 21st Century Skills, such as critical thinking, empathetic communication and problem solving in creative and collaborative ways.

Don’t just take our word for it!
The YELL program is taught by a team of dedicated teachers.
I love being a part of a student’s experiential learning where they really grow as the year progresses. Everyone involved from students to guest speakers and the mentors are really interesting and passionate. It’s a ton of fun to be a part of.
The value in YELL is infinite for youth today, as they leave high school and prepare for post-secondary options and careers. Students graduating from YELL programs are better prepared for the challenges outside of high school, having learned the tools to problem solve.
Every single week I think to myself “I wish I had something like this when I was younger. YELL should be mandatory to take in every high school in our country.”
YELL is a wonderful opportunity for students to connect to mentors in the community. The program helps take the theoretical of school, and make it practical. It has quickly become a marque program in our district.”
